A contemporary accessory building for a garage and shop, set on the same property as the main house.
The finished floor elevation depends on site fill and a FEMA map revision, so BROTHERS RICH designed it to work either way: on fill at the lower elevation, or raised to the County's design flood elevation if the map revision doesn't come through.
Drawings were issued for pricing and coordination in October 2026. The permit set follows.
