919 Randall Drive started as an adaptation of the 894 Randall Drive design for a new lot. Part of the 919 lot sits in flood Zone AE, so the house had to change.
BROTHERS RICH reworked the design around the Town of Mount Pleasant's design flood elevation, two feet above base flood: masonry stem walls up to that line, the first floor above it, and a new stair and entry sequence to get up to the front door.
